Reading Challenge Digital Spreads 2025

I am challenging this year to read more consistently. To this effect, I have created several challenges for myself. This is to kick start my brain into wanting to complete my goal. (Yay for neuro-spicy brains!)

The first Challenge that I have set for myself is what I am calling my “Roll for Books – TBR List”. I chose 20 books off of my TBR list and assigned each book a number. I will then, like the nerd that I am, roll a D20 to determine which book I will read.

Roll for Books

Originally, I saw this idea on YouTube when I was designing my reading planner for the year. I cannot seem to find the video now unfortunately. Though it did inspire me to create my own page and now here we are!

So far, I have completed my first TBR roll (got a 6) and have already completed reading the book. It was a fairly short read at only 247 pages, but it was a spin-off to a series that I have read previously. I will be posting reviews on these in the near future.

Next challenge is really two different takes on the same challenge. One specifically for Books and another for Manga. I thought about combining the two but let’s be honest… I just wanted an excuse to read more of each type.

BINGO!

This challenge is two different Bingo boards. For my Books Bingo board, I included things I know I am going to read. This includes things such as a book released in 2025, and my favorite author’s new release. I also put some items on there to give me a bit of a challenge such as Color of the Year. The board is a mash up of the 25 in 25 bingo board by 4pawsandabook with some replacements. I switched out their “From another challenge” for a Booktok Book and “POC Author” for Twisted Fairytale. Additionally a free space was added to make it more like a traditional bingo board.

For the Manga Bingo board I decided to fill this board out with a mixture of things. This started out as specifically genre’s but ended up adding other items such as the More than 20 Volumes. Though why I still called it my Manga Genre Bingo, I couldn’t tell you. My brain does its own thing sometimes.

Finally, I have a 2025 Book Battle. It is not so much a challenge as it is deciding on my favorite book from each month and comparing it to another month to come up with the 2025 winner.

2025 Book Battle

This spread was entirely inspired by flip-through that JashiiCorrin did of Bibliophilebynight‘s bullet journal from 2023. I absolutely loved the idea, so I decided to incorporate it into my thread. The challenge in this is going to be seeing if I keep up with it since it’s not something that I will reference on a regular basis. I am hoping that by adding my pages read tracker in with it, it will keep me focused on it enough to complete it.

I hope you follow along on this journey with me with I share challenge updates, reviews, & more! Thank you for reading and have a great day!
